FAQs

Christmas delivery only guaranteed for UK orders.

How can I order?

My orders will open once a month, the date is posted on the home page, the top of the website and in my Instagram bio. I will also send out a monthly newsletter, which you can sign up to here

All designs will be available each month, unless I do not have the materials at hand - if this is the case, I will write a note on the products page, so there are no surprises when my orders open!

Everything is made to order - you will find more information on the Orders & Shipping page.

How long will my order take?

Every order will be knitted and shipped in under 4-6 weeks!

What size are you wearing in the photos?

In all jumper product photos, I am wearing a size M, except in the main image of the green Monarch Butterfly jumper, where I am wearing a size S. I have a full bust size of around 36-37 inches for reference.

If you are unsure on the sizing, I recommend comparing the measurements in the size chart to some of your own garments, which may help you get a feel for the size.

Shipping

All orders are sent fully tracked from the UK, with Royal Mail. You will find more information on the Orders & Shipping page.

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortunately no. As of December 2024, new EU regulations (GPSR) came into effect. This makes it hard for small businesses such as mine to resume shipping to the EU, as there are some big hurdles to jump through to become GPSR compliant, however I hope to be able to one day.

Are custom duties included?

For US orders, the custom duties are included in the price. For every other international order, you may be charged custom duties for your order upon its arrival to your country. Please research your own country's import rules.

You will find more information on the Orders & Shipping page.

Can I order a custom size or colour?

If you wish to order a custom size or colour, please contact me here, and I will see what I can do! Unfortunately I don't offer baby or children sizes.

Do you do custom designs?

I am not currently taking custom orders. If this changes it will be announced on my Instagram and here!

Is the wool scratchy?

This is a subjective answer. Personally I find Shetland wool soft and comfortable to wear next to skin. If your skin is more sensitive, you may wish to wear a long sleeve layer underneath. Shetland wool is not suitable for those with very sensitive skin.

Do you sell patterns?

I don't sell my patterns, as this is a ready-to-wear business, perhaps one day!
