Monthly Made to Order System

Christmas delivery only guaranteed for UK orders.

Once a month, my orders will open, with a limited amount of made-to-order order slots. During this time all designs will be available based on the materials I currently have.

Once my orders are full for the month, everything will show 'Out of Stock' and will be back next month.

This is to ensure that I can knit and ship your orders under 4-6 weeks.

For designs which will not be available in an upcoming order window, I will write a note on the product page, so there are no surprises when my orders open. Usually this will be when I don't currently have the materials for that design.

 

Order Information

Everything on my website is made to order, please allow up to six weeks for your knit to be made and shipped.

All orders are shipped tracked with Royal Mail from the UK. Tracking information can be found in your order information and within your shipment confirmation email sent upon order completion.

International orders will take 1-2 weeks from shipping to arrive, and may incur an additional customs or VAT fee, this is the customers responsibility as it depends on the country you live in. Please check your country’s import, tax and VAT regulations for more information.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, you can find more information in the Refunds and Returns Policy.

 

EU Customers

As of December 2024, I am sadly unable to ship to EU countries and Northern Ireland, due to new EU regulations. 

 

US customers

All duty fees are included in the final price you see at checkout. As I will be pre-paying them before your order reaches the US border. I will be shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked and their pre-paid duty scheme.

For full transparency - I have had to increase my US prices by 10% so I can collect the duty fees before shipping. 10% is the tariff imposed on the UK by the US.
